Radhiant Life ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and health data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our web application and mobile apps (collectively, the "Service").

By using Radhiant Life, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Service.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our secure OAuth provider. We do not store passwords directly.

Health and Wellness Data

With your explicit consent, we collect health data from connected wearable devices and health platforms, including but not limited to:

• Sleep data (duration, stages, quality scores)
• Heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)
• Recovery and readiness scores
• Activity data (steps, calories, active minutes)
• Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2)
• Stress levels and body temperature
• Workout and exercise data

This data is collected from services you explicitly connect, which may include Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Whoop, Oura, Garmin, and Suunto.

Self-Reported Data

You may voluntarily provide fatigue logs, energy ratings, contributing factors, notes, health goals, and week tags to enhance your experience.

Calendar Data

If you connect a calendar service (Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar), we access event titles, times, duration, and attendee counts to provide meeting load analysis. We do not access event descriptions, attachments, or attendee identities.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage analytics to improve our Service, including page views, feature usage patterns, and device information (browser type, operating system, screen size).

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the Radhiant Life Service:

• Generate personalized energy audits and wellness insights
• Provide AI-powered coaching and recommendations through our Chief of Staff feature
• Track health goals and display progress over time
• Correlate health metrics with calendar load to identify patterns
• Send notifications about goal progress, anomalies, and daily/weekly briefings
• Generate exportable reports (PDF) for your personal use or to share with healthcare providers

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Ever.

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest, including OAuth tokens for connected wearable devices, is stored in encrypted database fields.

Data Residency

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. During onboarding, you may select your preferred data region (Africa, Europe, or United States) to comply with local data protection regulations.

Access Controls

Access to your data is strictly limited. Only authenticated requests with valid session tokens can access your information. All data access is logged in our audit system for compliance purposes.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Whoop — for recovery, strain, and sleep data (whoop.com/privacy)
• Oura — for readiness, sleep, and activity data (ouraring.com/privacy)
• Apple HealthKit — for aggregated health data on iOS devices
• Google Health Connect — for aggregated health data on Android devices
• Stripe — for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)

We only request the minimum data scopes necessary to provide our Service. You can revoke access to any connected service at any time through the Settings page.

Apple HealthKit and Health Connect Compliance

In compliance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines and Google's Health Connect policies:

• Health data obtained from HealthKit or Health Connect is not used for advertising or marketing
• Health data is not sold to data brokers, information resellers, or advertising platforms
• Health data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent
• Health data is not used to determine insurance eligibility, lending decisions, or employment
• You may revoke HealthKit or Health Connect access at any time through your device settings
• All health data processing occurs on secure servers with appropriate encryption

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — You can view all your data through the dashboard and export it at any time via the Data Export feature
• Portability — You can export your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF) for use with other services
• Correction — You can update your profile information and correct any inaccurate data
• Deletion — You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
• Restriction — You can disconnect any data source at any time to stop further data collection
• Objection — You can opt out of non-essential data processing and notifications

These rights apply regardless of your location. We comply with GDPR (EU), POPIA (South Africa), CCPA (California), and other applicable data protection regulations.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and health records will be permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.

Audit logs are retained for 12 months for security and compliance purposes, after which they are automatically purged.

Children's Privacy

Radhiant Life is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will send a notification through the app.
