The Founder
Dr. Anith Chacko is a radiologist, PhD candidate (University of Bristol), and the founder and CEO of the Radhiant Group — a healthcare technology company that has pioneered mobile diagnostic imaging across South Africa.
After a decade in the South African public health system, Anith founded Radhiant Diagnostic Imaging in 2016 to bring 3D digital mammography, ultrasound, and X-ray to the most remote communities in the country. What started as a single mobile unit has grown into a fleet that has delivered thousands of diagnostic consultations to communities that had never had access to advanced imaging.
Through that journey, Anith discovered a pattern: the leaders building the systems that serve others were systematically neglecting themselves. CEOs running on 5 hours of sleep. Founders ignoring warning signs. Executives treating their bodies as obstacles to productivity rather than the foundation of it.
Radhiant Life is the answer to a question Anith asked himself: "What if the same rigour I bring to diagnosing patients could be applied to optimising the lives of the people who lead?"
